I’m watching the sun and moon pokemon series for the first time with my kiddo. He freaking loves it.

It’s a little odd to watch given I grew up with the old series, but it’s nice to see my little guy grab his pokemon toys and play along.

Everything changes, yet stays the same. Kiddo has been all about pokemon ever since. I was initially disapointed he wouldn’t get the OG starters, but all he knows is the Alolan trio. So Where I had Charmander, he has Litten.
